Selecting the correct size of the pump is crucial for both comfort and safety. A pump that is too small can restrict blood flow, while a pump that is too large may not create the necessary vacuum.
For 80% of men — because penis size is a bell curve with the average penis being about 5”- 6” (12.7–15.2 cm) — a cylinder with a 2" (5.1 cm) opening diameter is likely the starter size. There is also a 1 3/4” (4.4 cm) cylinder for those at the smaller end of the range, or 2.25” (5.7 cm) if you’re already packing.
We recommend our combo packs with 2 cylinders or our MAXX pack with all 4 cylinder sizes included. This way you ensure you always have the correct size, also when you start outgrowing the one you start your pump journey with in the future.
You can measure yourself, or you can just use your common sense. Most of you will know if you have a big, average, or below average penis size. When in doubt or between sizes, choose the larger option. Or just opt for one of our combo packages as described above.
