Welcome to Maxx Improve! By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Maxx Improve ("we," "our," "us") operates this e-commerce store. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Value Added Tax (VAT)
2.1. Buyers are responsible for any applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) or similar taxes required by their local jurisdiction. Maxx Improve does not collect or pay VAT on behalf of customers. 2.2. It is the customer's responsibility to understand and fulfill their tax obligations when purchasing from our store. 2.3. Maxx Improve does not collect VAT because the place of delivery for tax purposes is considered to be the location where the shipping originates. In this case, as our warehouses are located outside of the EU, VAT collection is not applicable by us. Instead, the postal or courier service will collect and handle any applicable VAT when the product enters the customer's country.
3. Product Disclaimer and Liability
3.1. All products sold by Maxx Improve are provided "as is" without any guarantees or warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose. 3.2. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that you are using them at your own risk. 3.3. Maxx Improve shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use our products. 3.4. Customers agree that they will not file any lawsuits or legal claims against Maxx Improve for harm resulting from the use of our products.
4. Returns and Refunds
4.1. 14-Day Return Policy (European Customers):

In accordance with European Union consumer protection laws, customers within the EU have the right to withdraw from their purchase and return products within 14 days of receiving their order for a full refund, excluding shipping fees.

The returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Products must be returned to our warehouse in China.

4.2. Additional 30-Day Exchange Policy (All Customers):

Maxx Improve offers a 30-day exchange policy for products that do not fit, allowing customers to exchange the item for a different size.

Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning and reshipping the exchanged item.

Products must be returned to our warehouse in China.

5. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Maxx Improve is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Maxx Improve reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review these terms periodically.
