90-Day Action-Based Refund Policy

At Maxximprove, we stand behind the effectiveness of our programs. Our methods work—but only if you do.

Because behavioral changes, biological adaptations, and performance techniques require consistent dedication, it is scientifically and practically impossible to evaluate your results in a short period. Therefore, we do not offer unconditional refunds for change of heart, lack of time, or casual browsing.

To protect the integrity of our system and ensure you give yourself a fair chance, we operate a strict 90-Day Action-Based Refund Policy.

 


 

1. The Eligibility Window (Days 91 – 120)

  • Too Early (Days 1–90): You cannot apply for a refund during the first 90 days. If you request a refund sooner, it will be automatically denied, as you have not implemented the system long enough to see real measurable results.

  • The Refund Window (Days 91–120): You have a strict 30-day window to submit your refund application. This window opens on Day 91 after your purchase and closes on Day 120.

  • Too Late (Day 121+): Any refund request submitted 121 days or more after the initial purchase date is strictly ineligible and will not be processed.

 


 

2. Hard Proof of Implementation & Engagement

To qualify for a refund, you must provide verifiable proof that you fully committed to the system. If you do not meet all of the following criteria, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Criteria A: Video & Course Consumption

Without consuming the material, you cannot apply it. Our system tracks your student engagement backend analytics automatically. You must fulfill these thresholds:

  • First 7 Days: You must have downloaded all included guides and watched at least 20% of the video lessons (Only applicable if video lessons are part of the program) within the first week of purchase.

  • First 30 Days: You must have watched 100% of the video lessons (Only applicable if video lessons are part of the program) within the first month.

  • Note: This ensures you possessed all necessary knowledge early on, leaving you a full 2 months (Days 31–90) to focus entirely on implementation.

Criteria B: Mandatory Use of 1-on-1 Chat Support

(Only applicable if chat support is part of the program)

Our 1-on-1 chat support communication channel is the most valuable tool of the entire system. Without using it when you are stuck, you cannot expect good results. Failing to leverage this support renders you ineligible for a refund. You must have used the 1-on-1 support channel a minimum of 12 times (averaging once per week), strictly distributed as follows:

  • At least 1 time within the first week (Days 1–7).

  • At least 4 times within the first month (Days 1–30).

  • At least 8 times during the final month (Days 60–90) to troubleshoot and refine your techniques.

Criteria C: Verifiable, Time-Stamped Logbook

You must maintain a chronological, verifiable logbook tracking the exercises and techniques you applied, including specific dates.

  • The 80% Rule: Your logbook must prove that you followed and implemented at least 80% of the recommendations, exercises, and techniques shown in the program.

  • Anti-Forgery/Timestamp Requirement: To prevent retroactive falsification, standard Word documents, Excel sheets, or written notes without verifiable metadata will not be accepted. Your logbook must be kept in a digital system that automatically records un-editable, verifiable timestamps of when each entry was made (proving it was filled out progressively over the 90 days, not all at once at the end).

 


 

3. How to Apply

If you have met every single requirement listed above and have not seen any improvement after 90 full days of active execution, you may submit your application between Day 91 and Day 120.

  2. Use the Subject Line: Refund Application - Order #[Your Order Number]

  3. Attach your verifiable, time-stamped logbook and any necessary screenshots proving your course completion and support interactions.

Our compliance team will cross-reference your submission with our backend user-analytics (video watch-time, download logs, and chat support timestamps). If all requirements are verified as fulfilled, your refund will be granted immediately.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

If any single requirement is found unfulfilled, the refund will be denied. There are no exceptions to this policy.
